Apertus provides its services in particularly to persons and companies, who commercially act as developers of real estate projects and/or who are holders of real estate assets that regularly use third party financing. We advise in the financing of the whole range of projects and development stages including properties without development rights, over properties with development rights but without building permit, financing of the building period to financing of long-term holdings.
Asset classes include classical residential use, micro-apartments, commercial use, properties run by operators (e.g. hotels, boarding houses, serviced apartments) and distribution/logistic properties. With respect to properties run by operators we especially focus on hotels, boarding houses as well as serviced retirement homes and kindergarten.
The financing side comprises the entire spectrum of regularly used financing products in a capital structure including prior ranked (senior) bank loans, mezzanine financing as well as subordinated debt, equity or joint ventures.
