ProfileMr. Janssen is a certified banker with more than 20 years of experience in financing and real estate. Before he became Founding Partner of Apertus, he led the portfolio management team of a German financial services institute in which he also was involved as one of the partners. In his function, he was responsible for the management of investments in real estate risk assets with an overall value of more than EUR 10 billion. His function comprised responsibility for origination of investments, investments decisions, ongoing management and reporting. He was a permanent member of the investment committee for 9 years and involved in investment decisions of significantly more than EUR 10 billion in assets. Furthermore Mr. Janssen worked for a German real estate bank as well as a German private bank. Out of this he developed a wide spectrum of knowledge and a comprehensive network of domestic and foreign investors and financiers. |
