ProfileMrs. Buddenberg has a graduate degree in business administration and has experience of more than 20 years in financing and real estate. Before she became Founding Partner of Apertus, she was a Managing Director of a finance consulting firm also with the focus real estate. At the time in particularly she developed kindergarten properties; from concept planning, over construction to the sale of the developed property. She was also a product developer for an affiliated financial services institute. Mrs. Buddenberg was partner in this group of companies. Previously Mrs. Buddenberg has worked as a structured finance advisor for one of the Big 4 auditing firms, as well as a structurer for a German real estate bank. Out of this she benefits from a comprehensive specialized knowledge, a broad network to many project developers, real estate holders and German municipalities but also real estate investors and financiers. |
